The features and discription are everything they say. I came from a 15.4 full lap top, so the sleekish smaller design took a little getting use to, but I love it. It’s small, flashy, loads up fast, and is quiet, and with fast load up. I get about 11.5 hours of battery life, but like the old saying goes, the more you drain it, the stronger you will make it. the mouse is a little sinceative, but I know how to adjust that. Asus eee Notebook The LED screen is absolutley wonderful! Very easy on the eyes. I have used a lot of lap tops in the last 4 years, and this by far is the best one. Before on average I was lucky to get 3, maybe 4 hours of battery life. With this little guy, I’m doubling that. I liked it so much I bought one for my wife, and she can’t believe the ease of use. I’d recommend this for any one who just wants to email, surf the net, and play around with videos. The office sweet lags a little, but it will be fine once I add my 2 gigs of ram. 2 thumbs up all the way
Overall I love this Asus eee Notebook Netbook. This is my first one and it took only about a day for me to feel comfortable with the keyboard. In fact I would say now I actually prefer typing on it over my old full-sized laptop or even my home pc. The screen is nice and bright, but is matte so you don’t have to worry about excess glare. I use my netbook as a primary pc now, so I use it for all sorts of stuff…word processing, internet surfing, email, watching videos etc. It operates quickly with no glitches even with several webpages opened simultaneously. Also it plays video smoothly even when running the unit full-screen on Netflix movies. Battery life is very good…I would say you get a good 8 hours of constant use, even with the screen set pretty bright. It powers up quickly, looks cool, feels well made, the two finger scroll option/two finger tapping (to open a link in a new tab) works great…I honestly have no complaints about this little computer (except for the occasional accidental tapping of the touchpad that interrupts typing…but the more I use the netbook, the better I become at not doing that). Oh, Asus eee Notebook and the size is perfect. It’s big enough to be practical, but small enough and light enough to take just about anywhere. It is rare that I feel completely satisfied with a purchase (I rarely give a product 5 stars), but I feel completely satisfied with this one…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Asus EEE Notebook!
